By creating an account or placing an order with Byto Home you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Byto Home lets you order groceries and household items for delivery. Item availability, prices, fees, taxes and delivery times are shown in the app before you confirm an order and may change without notice.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your contact and delivery details accurate.
3. Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it (for example if an item is out of stock or the address is outside our delivery area).
- Payment is currently Cash on Delivery only. You pay the rider in cash when the order arrives.
- The amount payable is the order total shown at checkout, including delivery fee, handling fee, taxes and any coupon discount.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an order before it is packed. Once a rider is on the way an order generally cannot be cancelled. If items are missing, damaged or not as described, contact support and we will make it right.
5. Coupons
Coupon codes are subject to their stated conditions (minimum order, validity dates, usage limits) and may be withdrawn at any time. One coupon per order unless stated otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no fraudulent orders, no abuse of riders or staff, no attempts to break or overload the systems.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Byto Home is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
